Christopher (BMus ARAM, MMus RCS Conducting) loves sharing his passion and knowledge. For many years he taught violin, coached groups and conducted at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and with the National Youth Orchestras of Scotland where he sat on the board. He teaches and examines as visiting professor at the Royal College of Music, Trinity Laban Conservatoire, Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles, and the Royal Academy of Music where he loves coaching and conducting regularly in the Junior Department.
He has taught violin and coached at the universities of Edinburgh and St Andrews, and worked with younger children in one-to-one and classroom groups at George Watson's College and in schools throughout the UK with institutions such as Kent Music.
Christopher teaches conducting at the Royal Academy of Music, for the Highland Council, and privately.
